Timothy J. Fry

Tim has practiced in civil litigation since he commenced his articles in 1999. Tim handles complex matters with a particular emphasis on construction, corporate/commercial, insurance, professional liability and estates disputes. Tim routinely appears in all Courts of Manitoba, as well as at administrative hearings and in Courts in other Provinces. Prior to starting Merit Law, Tim practiced at a mid-size full-service firm, and a litigation boutique firm. Tim has instructed and lectured in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Manitoba since 2003, and he also teaches at Providence University College and Booth University College.
